KICKSTART YOUR GAME AT THE BUNDY CUP DEVELOPMENT CLINIC

2025 Bundy Cup is right around the corner, and for young touchies, the excitement kicks off with a Development Clinic on Friday, 31 January. Open to kids aged 8-10 and 12-14, this clinic offers a chance to learn directly from experienced Game Development Officers and elite touch players, including State of Origin and Australian representatives.

Held at Greg Duncan Touch Fields from 6:00 to 7:30pm, the clinic promises an evening filled with fun drills, skills training, and unique activities like coaches and parents vs. kids games. And to top it all off, every participant can enjoy a free BBQ and soft drink.

Candice Higgins, one of Queensland Touch Football’s dedicated Game Development Officers in Central Queensland, highlights the impact of bringing these clinics to smaller communities. “For kids in regional areas, access to development opportunities can be limited,” she says. “It’s really important that we create pathways for them to learn, grow, and be inspired right here in Bundaberg.”

Registration is only $10, but for an additional $35 you can grab yourself a limited edition Bundy Cup tee if you order before 20 November!
